I have a couple of batches of sausage under my belt and am looking for a way to hang the sausage in my Smokette. Up to now I've just been coiling the sausage on the shelves which works good but limits the amount you can smoke. I've read here that many people are using "S" hooks which would work well. I was wondering if anyone's using jerky rods to hang the sausages?
