HANGING RIBS

Just sold my smokette and bought a series 50 smoker. We are having a family get togeher tomorrow and I need to smoke 6 to 7 slabs of ribs. Can I hang them, and if so, is there any particular way you hang them? I'm concerned about them falling off the hooks since I usually remove the membrane before smoking them. Also, will cooking times and temps differ on the Series 50 than on the smokette?

Go to the large bones, at the big end of the slab, and you should be fine.

Theoretically, they should be about the same

As you know,there are still the few variables that the cook must pay attention to.
