Just sold my smokette and bought a series 50 smoker. We are having a family get togeher tomorrow and I need to smoke 6 to 7 slabs of ribs. Can I hang them, and if so, is there any particular way you hang them? I'm concerned about them falling off the hooks since I usually remove the membrane before smoking them. Also, will cooking times and temps differ on the Series 50 than on the smokette?
