In honor of Filet Mignon Day, I'm smoking 3 Creekstone packers 
Of course,it is a rare diner,outside comp cooks and some lucky judges,that realizes those Creekstones can taste/eat superior to the filet mignon. 
We know your restaurant patrons have always been treated to great menus and preparation and here is just one more reason you have the great following you do.

Never been much of a Filet Mignon fan but will eat one when my pal from Houston is manning the pit. Something to do with a secret marinade and his ability to cook a perfect medium-rare every time.

Yeah, I'm with MaxQ, never been a huge fan of the filet. I'm celebrating with a bone in ribeye instead, dusted with some Oakridge Santa Maria seasoning.
