Have any Questions about Pork Butt/Picnic/Shoulder?

As we approach the First Annual CS Reunion in late February, I wanted to get some input.

I will be presenting giving a presentation on Pork, specifically Shoulder/Picnic/Butt.

With all the newbies (and the oldies out there)...what kinds of questions do you have about these.

My intent is to update the Pork Butt 101, with photos and more information. The presentation will cover the basics and the differences of each and of course a taste test.

What kind of questions do you have about Pork Shoulder/Butt/Picnic?

Okay, here's one: what's bark? Tom comments on bark in another message. Does everybody know what it is? Why it is desirable? How you get it?
