As we approach the First Annual CS Reunion in late February, I wanted to get some input.

I will be presenting giving a presentation on Pork, specifically Shoulder/Picnic/Butt.

With all the newbies (and the oldies out there)...what kinds of questions do you have about these.

My intent is to update the Pork Butt 101, with photos and more information. The presentation will cover the basics and the differences of each and of course a taste test.
