Hi,

I've never had brisket before and I'm hoping someone can steer me into the direction of an easy brisket recipe..

I have a propane smoker (smaller smokey mountain) and do My Ribs quite often.

However, never tackled anything else and would like to have a go at a brisket.

I like sweet stuff, nothing super spicey.

I'd prefer to do all of the cooking out in the smoker vs. some in smoker and then some in the oven or grill.

Please let me know, would like to attempt this tomorrow if possible.

Lots of variables according to taste. Low and slow is the ticket for brisket. Best advice would be to click the "find" button above, de-select the "this forum only" button and type in "brisket recipes". You'll come up with a bunch of help. Also the "brisket 101" link on the forum homepage is very helpful.
