Hello all, I am trying my first cook(4 lb butt). From what I've read from the forum and the guides I was expecting it to cook in about 6-8 hours. I am now at 8 hours and the probe is reading 165. I have a thermometer that goes in through the top vent hole. I have not opened the door. My model is the 008 and have had the temp set at 225, just turned it to 250. Is everything still OK? It seemed like everything was moving along just fine until it reached about 155 then it has really slowed. Thanks for the input, Shane
