Almost sounds like the difference 'tween cookin' on the 1st floor,or the 3rd.
That almost double ash could be a pain on long cooks,though.
What do you think about the moisture?

Yes, Phillip, all our Heat ReSource BBQ pellets are 66/34 blends (well, except for oak, which we blend with oak!). IMO, moisture is really important for obvious reasons. It's got to be driven out to get a clean burn.

Candy, Have not even tried. I have a friend in Mississippi that wants it, but not sure that I will even sell it. I will have my new one here the first week of January. I then have to build it out over the following two months. Ready for March.
