I'm gonna cook a turkey,for myself, in the sm020 for Thanksgiving and then my brother wants one. I have my timing down to around 3 hrs, so I need to hold my turkey for about 3-4hrs. Any thoughts on how the best way would be? I was wondering about plastic wrap and foil in a prewarmed cooler. Will this mess up my turkey? Can I tent foil it on a half pan and cooler it?
