Well, I finally broke down and bought an 7- Rack FEC100 after much peer pressure from David with Butcher BBQ and Stu of Stu's Q. It will arrive at my shop this coming Thursday and already have a catering planned for the next week. Terri with Cookshack was great to deal with, and I can't wait to get started!! I look forward to reading through the site and learning more about these smokers!
