Ive been looking at recipes for chicken wings and it seems the higher temperature is the way to go. I have the smokette 025 with a high tempraure of 300 *.Should I use the high temp, and for 30 wings how long. Thanks Ray
ray i am going to try the hot wings recipe from the cookbook that came with my cookshack this weekend. maybe you should start with that one though it sais smoke at 225
