Okay, I just found this from the Houston Chronicle website -- anyone know any of these teams?

"After the smoke had cleared, the grand champion was the team of Confederated Cooks, led by chief cook Stanley Wells, which also won best chicken.
The overall runnerup was Holy Cow Cookers II, led by Tim Butler. Best brisket went to the Maverick Kookers under chief cook John Clanton.
The best ribs were from the team of Trinity County, who also won the Go Texan Best Barbecue.
This year, more than 359 cookers were pitted against one another in the cook-off, and all but 24 were eliminated in the afternoon preliminaries."

Stanley normally cooks under the name 3-5-7 and he has been an FE100 customer for several years!
