ok here we go, going to do a butt, used a offset for years and a cord of wood for each butt,no more forest around here, I liked the flavor of pine but going to use hickory, got that 2 stage thermoter, just kidding on the pine, not far off on the cord of wood, so I guess I like a little strong smoke
