While it "may" sound like an easy thing, I'm sure CS's answer would be that you'll invalidate the warranty if you start tweaking. It's not something I've ever heard of CS doing, let alone having a customer attempt.

Since I've never heard of anyone even wanting to do that I'd say call Customer Service first.
