I Finally Pulled the Trigger!!!!

Well I finally ordered my 008 today. After months of looking, I finally took the leap. I am very excited, and cant wait to try her out. Have a fishing trip with some buddies next weekend at my, so I will be taking it along with me. Bass fishing in the day and eating some pulled pork that night. Dosent get much better than that. Thanks again for all the great info on this site. It feels good to finally be a cookshack owner.

get a little notebook and keep notes. years later they are really fun to look at and you will be amazed at how your techniques will change without you even knowing it!!!!
