Well my first smoke turned out awesome. Big Grin
2 pork butts totalling 13# at 225 for 13.5 hours up to 203 degrees. Mopped a few times with a vinegar mop. Nice bark and pulled so easily for incredible pulled pork.
My thanks to Smokin' and everyone else for all of the info posted at this site. I hope to be able to help contribute back to the community.......................
