... But I have some concerns about the capacity. The Smokette's stated capacity is 22lbs of meat. That's less than I can get into my two-shelf Brinkmann All-in-One (I can easily cook four 7-8 lb pork butts at one time in the Brinkmann). Would that be an overload for the smokette? I'd like to hear from some of the Smokette owners out there. What's been your experience?

Howdy,Grill With Bill & welcome.I regularly do 3 that size, but think that you might be pushed to do 4.I haven't tried but you might get 2 ...5pounders per rack. That would still give you the total. You would still need to rotate butts occasionly among racks, but that is a minor inconvenience.IMHO the ease of cooking them, compared to where you are now,you will be cooking much, much more often. The other plus is the cleanup is almost nothing and I go to bed at night when I cook mine .I never did that with my Brinkman.Hope this helps.Tom.
