Well... I am serious now. Finished my required ServeSafe food handler's course. Have some good bucks lined up. But.........

I need a partner to start a small, Texas-style BBQ joint -- otherwise, I will go crazy working 24/7!!!

Anyone in the Westchester County, NY area -- or close by -- who is ready to seriously consider taking the leap??

Hey woodburner, new to this forum but I live about 1 hr north ya and I have a trucking terminal in Buchanan NY next to Indian Point. I already have a catering business going up here if I can be of any help with your future plans let me know.

Too bad that you are not in New England area. I was just talking to my wife about going into business for an area up here that is needing Q'. there is noting and we catered a couple parties and the people were going mad to get more food
