Thanks to you guys, I pulled off brining/smoking 3 holiday turkeys. The WORST of which was pretty good, and the best of which, was the best turkey any of us had ever eaten. That was the FIRST one, which I also injucted with Creole Butter.

Now I want to brine/smoke 9 large turkey drumsticks only. Problem is, I have no idea how long to brine or smoke. I figger the smoke part wont take long, maybe 2 hrs??

What about brining? Im using Smokins Holiday brine, plus some cayenne pepper, paprika, a dash of cumin, and 1 1/2 oz of Wild Turkey 101 Bourbon. It was just sittin there beggin me to pour it into the brine. Wink

So please feel free to chime in if youve ever done any drums or know how to.
