Now I want to brine/smoke 9 large turkey drumsticks only. Problem is, I have no idea how long to brine or smoke. I figger the smoke part wont take long, maybe 2 hrs??
What about brining? Im using Smokins Holiday brine, plus some cayenne pepper, paprika, a dash of cumin, and 1 1/2 oz of Wild Turkey 101 Bourbon. It was just sittin there beggin me to pour it into the brine.
