trying to get everything i need at once while shipping is free. What are your thoughts on Bark on the smoking wood vs. No Bark?

Here's the result I got when using FIND and the word BARK in the wood topic forum.

I knock the bark off from habit - not from experience. Never bothered to change...

On Alder, Cherry, Sugar Maple I do not use any bark. On Pecan or Hickory I don't mind a little!! Just my opinion and how I use it. Works just fine for me, but to each his own!!
