Make Smokin' Okie's Virgin Mustard Sauce (Virgin for you first time mustard sauce people)...TRY IT!! I've had my Smokette for about 3 years and finally gave it a whirl. Out of this world is the only way to explain it. Here is the recipe I pulled from the Pork Butt 101 Archives:
*4 cups of yellow mustard.
*1 cup of lemon juice.
*1 cup of honey.
*1/2 cup of cider vinegar.
*1 teaspoon of salt.
*1 teaspoon of cayenne.
Combine all ingredients and simmer. I served the sauce warm and it seemed to go over fantastic. Ya never know until ya try it!
