(1)Take the side access panel on your hopper off by removing the 4 screws holding it in place.
(2)Unplug the Purple plug underneath your hopper.
(3)From inside the oven remove the screws holding the firepot in place and lift up - you will see the old ignitor then.
(4)Remove the two screws holding your old ignitor and replace with the new one.
(5)Cut the old wires off at the old ignitor and tape the new wires to your old wires. Then, from underneath the hopper, pull the wires through to the outside and attach new plug that was provided.
(6)Reconnect the firepot.
(7)Plug in the purple plug and reconnect side access panel

Any questions, give me or Tony a call here at Cookshack (800) 423-0698

There aren't that many parts to begin with. I HIGHLY recommend taking the time, when you pull it apart to look around, see what's where, etc.

My sure you know where the high limit switch it; don't mix up the connectors (ONLY take off the one purple one, there are others)

Some day in the future you might have to be in there again, best to look around before you're under any pressure.

Also doesn't hurt to take some digital pictures BEFORE you change anything. Good reference material.
