Inconsistent Temerpature

I have a 2006 FEC-100 with the Traeger thermostat and controller. I put 2 Taylor temp gauges inside, and they are almost always 15-50 degrees higher than the digital readout.

Is there a remedy to this?

If you are putting them on the top, than they will be hotter. The stock unit is in the middle on the side. I wouldn't worry about the temp difference. Don't matter much. Actually, that is pretty good.
