I have been smoking my ribs lying flat on the racks in my smokette and they have been turning out great!! I'd like to increase the amount I can smoke and was thinking that cutting the slab in 1/2 and hanging them would do the trick, but I'm not sure the jerky rods could support the weight if I load them up.
Anyone try this and if so, how did it work? In a smokette, how many racks can a guy get in there!?!?
