BTW, did you get your name in to judge the Invitational as it is already all filled up?
I got Sonja and myself signed up at 6;30 AM and it was still accepting for the invitational.She doesn't want to do both, but hey, I'm game for two free meals! LOL...still remember the non-certified judges at the open last year snarfing up my left overs, oh well.It was a rat race!

Mrs Smokin and I judge the royal for our first contest (really) and all I can say is, do it once, but I won't go back. It's not like you'll get better for or something. Just too many teams.
I agree with you Smokin. Did it once and it was enough for me. But then, when I did judge it, I judged the Invitational the first day, then sides, the Open(had to judge double entries on the Open), sausage, and then dessert. End of story!!!
