Well, it all turned out great. But, I began to worry when the power went out at 11:00am. I wasn't being a good scout. I wasn't prepared. Had to go get the generator. Power was out for about 2 hours. Even with that everything turned out great. 2 butts, 2 flats, 1 slab, 3 babybacks and a dozen brats. This was my second major cook on the FEC100. I am even more certain that I made the right decission.
I even was able to work on the trailer some. I really need to get finished because the FEC is already on the trailer. Well anyway it was a great holiday. Hope everyone else had a good one.
