I'm having a bunch of people over for the 4th and can't fit the pork picnic and all of the baby backs in the smokette at once. If I begin a couple of days before, what's the best way to reheat the ribs and picnic? Should I foil the ribs when done, put them in the fridge and just reheat on the grill? For the picnic, should I pull it before storing in the fridge or reheat just before serving and then pull? Thanks for any help..
