July Pellet Envy cooking class at the American Royal Complex | Cookshack

Greetings all!

I'm not sure what it is about this week, but there has been a flurry of interest in our July 6th & 7th class to be held onsite at the American Royal, home of the World Series of Barbeque, the world's largest bbq contest. With almost exactly a month to go, we have five or six spots left depending on what comes in the mail tomorrow. The worst part of our first class was having to turn folks away, but in order to keep the class size at a point where everyone can participate, see, hear, and taste everything, it has to be done. So, if you're thinking of coming, please don't procrastinate. Thnx!

I've seen a LOT of success from those that took the first class.

Rod's an excellent guy and if you want to learn ALL his secrets, this is the time to get in.
