Well, East Tenn has good Q. Southern living and a couple of others have listed Ridgewood BBQ as being one of the best in the south and it's located in Piney Flats, Tenn.
But I will say that I have eaten at Ridgewood, and I was not impressed. Sauce is ok but I don't like the meat.
