Honey rub was great on the ribs. I dont think Id use it on brisket though. Like you mentioned a bit sweet for beef I would think. I'll be trying it on some judges next month prior to the real competitions starting and see how it does.
Shangoolman - I have all my US ordered products sent to Point Roberts for pick up. That saved me $60 in shipping on the last Butchers order. Rarely do I have to pay taxes at Customs on that type stuff.

haha. No cooked the same but Ive only used it twice since I installed it a week ago. I have the old traeger controller and its normal for me to get 10 degree fluctuations occasionally. No biggie
