Standard practice for holding finished product seems to be the double-wrapping in HD foil, but I tried something last week that rather impressed me.

I wrapped a finished in a single layer of HD foil, then a couple sheets of newspaper, then the second layer of foil. Wrapped that in a cloth towel, placed in the Igloo and laid another towel over the top of that.

Opened four hours later and boy I tell you whut, sure seemed like I just pulled it from the cooker!

But then, this could be old news to the old timers here....

Good tip for all.
There are folks at cookoffs that use a high end sleeping bag in their igloo.

If you are going to hold a long time,you might also wrap several times in plastic wrap,before foiling.
Even add a little apple juice or stock to the plastic.
