The maiden voyage on the 020 was a butt and it was a winner. I asked my wife to find something wrong with it and she couldn't! Praise the Lord. I might work the Rub shaker a little harder next time and throw in another ounce of pecan wood for a little more smoke.
All in all, it was juicy and yummy. Sausage, chicken breast, and wings will go on in about 2 hours from now.
