Hi All,

After trying to keep track of all my BBQ / Smoking stuff in the "fit it where you can" world of sharing a kitchen with my better half, I decided to get out of the kitchen for the storage of my stuff.. There are many great advantages to this new arrangement, like I can find my stuff, easy to see what I have in inventory, and quick access... Best part was the rack system was all on sale ;-) So for me this is the door that goes to my basement just outside of the kitchen, so it was just wasted space anyway.... Just thought I would share in case this helps someone else out there.....

Oh and no holes in the door, just a top and bottom clamp...

Happy Smoking!

I see a lot of familiar bottles and bags, looks good, defiantly good use of an unused space, almost makes you want to start a what should be in a proper cook shack kitchen post, for basic necessitates.
I do like having a space for my Q stuff, but I do all the cooking so I would have to make room from myself, and that just doesn't seem right. Big Grin

So do I. And she does the all the dishes except the smokey, greasy Q stuff. Works for us.

Well, with me doing the cooking, I pretty much>>>most of the time know were having something I enjoy to eat. I do cave in on occasion when I get requests from certain family members. Smiler
I don't even want to post mine. 10 years ago I had a standalone spice cabinet which was an old VCR cabinet. Filled that in about a week. Move to a stainless steel rack in the garage, had three, now back down to one and lots of other stuff. More than I can ever use. And it doesn't even count the 16' trailer for the competition stuff.

Oh, for the simpler days...
