Been a little tardy,so I'll try to catch up.
Contest was a dandy ,good facilities,all blacktop,sunny Sat.
Great dinner ,drinks,and entertainment all Fri evening for the cooks.
Draws about 25,000 spectators,so is really fine for the vendors.
Several pelletburners there and a few calls.
Judging seemed high enough,but was spread through all teams imaginable.
On Pellets:
J-Mack picked up 2nd in brisket,5th overall
BS Pit Meisters 8th in pork,7th overall
We,FireHouseBBQ had a 15th brisket
Bill & the Dixie Chicks had a 16th brisket.
There were a few others,but don't have my full sheets.
