Well, in Durban, they told me to forget about warthog, and try kudu or eland. None of the three were wandering around town, and I couldn't get out to the sticks. The South Africans eat well, and a lot of grilled meat. One specialty was grilled lamb ribs. Small amount of meat on the inside of the rib cage. But mighty good tasting.
The US Customs agents were confiscating everybody's biltong upon arrival Atlanta. No African jerky, please.
