Yeah Scott, you guys cooking on the FEC's seem to be doing well out West. Now Smokin' will say it was the rub and sauce exchange that helped Brandon, oh well.
Thanks for the kind words and yes Russ can claim assistance as he really did help me with my rib issues and I can't thank him enough. Sometimes I tend to over think things and Smokin was kind enough to bring me to basics. Cal, the FEC is a fine cooker and I never leave home without it.

Hey all I did was talk you through what you already knew.
For me, whether it's a team, a class I teach or this forum, I just love helping people do better Q. When I pass, if one of the things I'm known for is helping others with BBQ I'd pretty happy.
I don't have TOO many secrets and even those I let out to a few people.
