Like many of us, my freezer is slowly being taken over with leftover pulled pork. Obviously I could just reheat it for pulled pork sandwiches, but I'd like to try something new, like pulled pork burritos. I was thinking of reheating the pork (I usually freeze it dry, wiht no sauce) in some white vinegar, lime juice, and maybe some dried chipotle and ancho chili powder, finishing it with some cilantro. Seems like this, along with black beans, spanish rice, and cheese, would make a pretty tasty burrito. Any thoughts, or has someone tried this already?

I am giving away a good "personal" recipe but...
Use Bean and Bacon soup as a foundation. Add your pulled pork and whatever else you think will go well. Let cook down for a couple of hours and you will be pleasantly surprized at what you may come up with.
It is a good place to start without giving away all my tricks Razzer
Good luck!

P.S. top off finished product with Green onions.
The pulled pork burrito worked pretty well-I warmed up about 1.5 lbs of pulled pork in a cast iron skillet with about 5 minced cloves of garlic, cumin, oregeno, and some ancho chili powder. When it was warmed through, I finished it with some lime juice and cilantro. All in all pretty tasty on a burrito (that's saying a lot because I've been eating pulled pork for about three days straight now!)
