I am feeling really good right now I just put in a nice 13 LBS Brisket. for sunday Dinner I live here in Nebraska and it is Snowing like all get out . And here I am Smoking a Brisket in my Cookshack 008. I can not hardly remember the time when all I had was brinkman and had to go smokeless in the winter time because it was just to hard to try to use in the snow amd cold temps ( Yes I do have to admit I built a few things to try to smoke in the winter time but none of them worked very well at all ) Now because of the cookshack I can smoke year round with no problem . The other big plus was that now that I have a cookshack every body thinks I am some type of grand pit master ( I am not I still learning how to do this ) But the 008 makes things so easy and foolproof that everbody think I am . It was worth every penny I spent for it . I just had to say that sorry for the rant about how great my cookshack is .
