Finally...I'm the proud owner of an FEC100 at my home. I've had one at my restaurant for a few years but not at the house. Today it arrived
It's undergoing seasoning now and I have a couple of pork butts ready for an overnight smoke tonight.
The new C5 control board is in a stainless steal housing now. The touch pad controls are MUCH more flexible/cushy and the temp increments are now single digit vs double, and the programming is considerably quicker in terms of temp/time adjustments.
