Hello to all. Great site Wife got me a 020 for Christmas. Very excited! I have owned charcoal, propane and stick smokers, but this is my first electric. Seasoned her today and will be doing ribs and thighs tomorrow. Looking forward to some great BBQ.

If you are doing this in one load IMO you may want to load those thighs on the bottom shelve. Drips from them may not be the best thing on those ribs,but to each his own.
