Have been reading the archive forums to learn past knowledge I might glean. Several of the archive and the pork forum links I have tried don't seem to work. Pictures, links to the 101 information, etc. A search for Pork butt 101 takes me to a SmokinOkie post that has a link to Pork Butt 101, Addendum to Pork Butt 101, and Favorite Butt Rub and Sauces, but when I click on the links it comes up with "Page not Found". On a positive note, am learning a lot. CS Elite arrives Monday!
