its long, but copy and paste in browser and it should take you right to it.....
i saw other businesses there, and thought "why not?"
its cheap, but they only give you ten days.

coffeebluff,

Jack showed this to me. I don't understand the whole thing. Is it the building that's for sale, your business? You lease the property that it's on? Is the lease assumable? Lots of questions, but I don't really understand how commercial things work yet.

Thanks for putting up with my questions in this forum.

had to move listing to new category, got my thirty days.....
thanks for the questions, peggy. i will re write the description to answer them for others as well.
the building and land are not for sale, we lease. it is assumable with a 5yr extention. the sale is for the equipment, business name and reputation, recipes, method of ops. best of all, is the customer base. already set up, so that new owners will make money first day.
but dont worry, i am sure we will still be here sept 3..........heehee
