Not sure why you need photos of that, just load that puppy up.

There are just too many variations to give you on how to load it, so you need to think cook times and finishing.Key is how much are you trying to cook in a load.

I'd cook butts and brisket overnight then hold, the load it up with ribs.

You have 5 shelves, so theoretically you could put 2 briskets/butts on each shelf. The issue there is vertical space. Sometimes I get tall PB and then I don't load them directly 1 over the other. I want the smoke/air/heat to flow all around it.

The issue will be all that humidity if it's FULLY loaded. Big cuts can put out a lot. I would dump some humidity if you're trying to do ribs too.

Keep in mind, if you EVER use the bottom shelf, try not to restrict the airflow up and if you put something on that shelf, it's the closest to the heat and gets a lot of direct heat.

I put briskets and butts fat side down when I'm using the bottom shelf.
