I should have NEVER shared any of my Que with friends/neighbors, oh well. It seems that maybe the CS smokers have a way of producing food that everyone enjoys, which leads me to my next quest. A load of packer briskets.

I have four 15 lb choice CAB packers that are to be smoked this week.That only leaves one in the freezer, awl shucks! I'm guessing that they may be a tight fit for more than one per shelf? So I'm guessing that I want to smoke them on all four shelves?

Any thoughts,ideas, or words of wisdom from my fellow forum members? I'm so excited!
