Any one out there have any old recipes for Beef Bologna. Built my own smokehouse I made it look like an old out house.

Lloyd! Was that you over on the HomeCooking frum asking that same question? I found my recipe for sweet bologna, but it's for 100 lbs. The recipe is easy to cut in half. Want it? It's beef, but I use Moose and it is very good indeed!

I'd looked through my recipes and hadn't found anything specific for either, related to smoking.
Found one recommendation for "coring" a big log of Bolgona and stuffing it with various things, such as cheese, shrimp etc. They used a small pipe of PVC to create the core.
