I just bought a Fec 100 and am looking for suggestions on outfitting a competition and catering trailer. I don't plan on catering but would like for it to meet codes if I get tired and decide to sell. Thanks Robbie

It will be different for wherever you live since each area has their own health and vending codes. Put down your location in case someone is close to where you are.

John, I live in Arkansas. I have been told that the cooker must be enclosed or screened which would exclude a porch trailer. I am looking for recommendations from others who have had one made, not wishing to do the work myself but that's not out of the question. Of course the regulations require a three compartment sink with separate hand sink. The ones offered by some outfitters may not pass code because the sinks are supposed to allow immersion of the largest utensil. Have a happy Thanksgiving.
