I have done catering for 100 people. I can get 40 racks of ribs, 16 pork butts, 8 whole packard briskets, lots of chicken. I cook KCBS.
I cook two butts, two briskets, three slabs of ribs, and about twenty chicken thighs.

my old fec100 turns out superior biscuits,breads and chicken.
being non-ul our insurance costs are as high as having a stickburner. NSF sticker makes the inspectors happy.
the sm150 does a better job on pork,brisket and ribs.
that's the good and bad from a commercial stand point.
