BBQ Festival this weekend next to Santa Monica Pier.

Wish I could be doing my Q there with my SM150 and Amerique.
Maybe someday I can get the new Cookshack trailer with an FEC100 on one side and a SM150 on the other.
Untill then I can only dream about it.

If you go, the Elgin's sausage is world famous and LC's from KC is my favorite KC restaurant

As always,Smokin' knows stuff,and not just because he went to school with them" left coast" folks.

Might be some interesting approaches to sausage from the locals,so ask around.

Like Smokin',I'd save 80% of my food dollars for the two he mentioned.

Then you can say,"you did eat some of the best in the country".
