He doesnt say it as much as he says,"Its done when its done." But if there is 1 thing Smokin' has stressed the past month it is,"Dont wait till Thanksgiving to smoke your 1st turkey."
Well.........I didn't. I smoked it this past Sunday. Hehe, we just waited till today to eat it. Carved it up, set it on the table, said Grace, and sat back in my chair and cringed in anticipation.........The verdict came back as a great success! The breast was moist, the smoke fully penetrated, and Momma says I'm invited back next year! lol
