Just wanted share our 1st GC with Cook Shack & FEC. Mad Dawgz BBQ traveled from California to New Mexico for the Pork & Brew State Championship. We met some great teams and it was super hot. During the competion my FEC 100 performed flawlessly. We placed 8th in chicken, 6th in pork, 2nd in ribs and finally 1st in brisket. This gave us the overall points led to win the GC. We have had a few calls using the Traeger 075 but this was our first comp with the FEC 100. I will keep practicing and hope for continued success in future comps.
I also want to thank this site for all the info I have read and the great resources that are here for all to use.
