I recently did a "9 to 5" pork butt. That is, I put it in the Smokette when I left for work, it was ready when I came home! Invited over a friend who I know loves pulled pork. I give him a good sized doggy-bag to go home with. He brings it to the construction site. Voila. Many guys ready to buy a Cookshack!
Funny how this BBQ thing just keeps growing!
